Golden Muscat: The flavor is rich, that of California Muscat, and berries are quite juicy and sweet. I like this best when blended with Niagara.

50 to 249lbs……. $1.00 per lb.
250 to 499lbs…… 95˘ per lb.
500lbs or more…. 90˘ per lb.

SOLD OUT

Niagara: This is the same grape used by Welch's for white grape juice. It has slip-skin berries that are large, sweet and juicy with a strong foxy flavor. This grape produces my most popular sweet white wine.

50 to 249lbs……. $1.00 per lb.
250 to 499lbs…… 95˘ per lb.
500lbs or more…. 90˘ per lb.

Steuben: Steuben produces large bluish-black slip-skin grapes. Grapes are delicious, sweet and tender with a spicy tang. Makes an excellent red wine. I prefer it as a sweet and usually blend some Concord with it. Others prefer it as a dry.

50 to 249lbs……. $1.00 per lb.
250 to 499lbs…… 95˘ per lb.
500lbs or more…. 90˘ per lb.

Baco Noir: Its fruit is usually high in acid, producing wines of good quality that are deeply pigmented and fruit forward, with aromas of black fruits and caramel. Baco wine has been described as rustic, pairing well with red meat dishes, BBQ ribs, and goat cheese. I like to blend this with a Cab Franc, or Cynthiana for a great dry red wine. It can also be used to add color and acid to lighter reds.

50 to 249lbs……. $1.00 per lb.
250 to 499lbs…… 95˘ per lb.
500lbs or more…. 90˘ per lb.

Catawba: A spicy flavored, red slip-skin grape. The flavor is slightly foxy. Catawba is a very good table grape, excellent for jams and jellies, and often used for wine and sweet sparkling wine. Catawba has been grown in the eastern United States for over 150 years and was the major variety used for winemaking in Ohio prior to prohibition. I usually blend Catawba and Concord and Steuben for a great sweet red!

50 to 249lbs……. $1.00 per lb.
250 to 499lbs…… 95˘ per lb.
500lbs or more…. 90˘ per lb.

Concord: The most famous American grape. Concord grapes are tough skinned, flavorful and highly aromatic - an all-purpose grape used to make grape jelly, juice, grape flavored soft drinks, and candy. Concord is used for kosher wines or as a varietal or blender for sweet wines. If you have never tried a sweet Concord wine, you do not know what you are missing!

50 to 249lbs……. $1.00 per lb.
250 to 499lbs…… 95˘ per lb.
500lbs or more…. 90˘ per lb.

Chardonel: A cross between Seyval and Chardonnay, Chardonel produces an excellent white wine. Chardonel is a very dry, full-bodied superior white wine with hints of melon and citrus. Like Chardonnay but much hardier, wines can be fermented and aged in stainless steel to produce fruit forward wines, or they can be barrel fermented. Good paired with heavier seafood dishes, pasta, red sauces and Gouda cheese. I absolutely LOVE this wine!

50 to 249lbs……. $1.00 per lb.
250 to 499lbs…… 95˘ per lb.
500lbs or more…. 90˘ per lb.

Leon Millot: This grape can yield a bigger wine similar to a ripe Syrah, or a lighter wine more in the style of Pinot Noir. Common aromatic and flavor profiles for Leon Millot include earthy/barnyard notes, purple or red fruits, and chocolate with a distinct berry aroma. I LOVE this wine!

50 to 249lbs……. $1.00 per lb.
250 to 499lbs…… 95˘ per lb.
500lbs or more…. 90˘ per lb.

SOLD OUT

Cynthiana (also known as Norton):  Cynthiana is often referred to as "the Cabernet of the Ozarks". It produces a rich, medium to full-bodied red wine with a dry character similar in style to Cabernet Sauvignon, but with more spice. Without a doubt, this is my favorite American red grape for dry wine making! It can also make a wonderful sweet red wine.

50 to 249lbs……. $1.25 per lb.
250 to 499lbs…… $1.15 per lb.
500lbs or more…. $1.00 per lb.

Riesling: Wines from this grape can be made to range from dry to very sweet with a powerful floral and apple-like aroma. I personally have won a gold medal from wine made from these grapes.

50 to 249lbs……. $2.00 per lb.
250 to 499lbs…… $1.75 per lb.
500lbs or more…. $1.50 per lb.

Cabernet Franc: This grape produces blue-black berries. It produces a very aromatic red wine that is softer than the wines of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is also used as a blend in Bordeaux style wines. Common aromatic and flavor profiles include cherry, clove, dill, violet, spice and berry.

 50 to 249lbs……. $2.00 per lb.
250 to 499lbs…… $1.75 per lb.
500lbs or more…. $1.50 per lb.

As a rule of thumb figure 13lbs per gallon for reds and 16lbs per gallon for whites. If you ferment your whites on the skins for a few days, like I do, then you can get more yield from those as well.

Many of these make great jelly, jam and preserves as well!

These are on a First-Come First-Served basis! Please call to reserve yours today! I did not sell any grapes last year but the year before last they all sold out quickly.

We are just a short drive from Bristol, Greenville, Erwin, Elizabethton, Piney Flats, Knoxville, Gate City VA, & Abington VA.
